When can I bring my consignments for the auction?

Consignment drop-off occurs every weekend before an auction 8 am-noon. Then we are open the week of the auction Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8 am- 6 pm, and Friday 8 am-noon. Note we are closed on WEDNESDAY! Attention the yard is only open the weekend before and the week of an auction. Times stated above. Any other time is by appointment only!

Terms and Conditions

Our commission rate is 10% on items over $250.00 and 20% on items under $249.00. There is a $5.00 minimum charge per tag for items that sell under $25.00. Once the items bring over $25.00 there is just a flat rate of 20% or 10% depending on the sales price.
You are able to put a reserve price on your item. There is a $100.00 fee if your item does not meet the reserve price.
All consigner checks will be mailed the FRIDAY following the auction.
You will be required to show a Driver's License upon getting a bidder's card.
No guarantees on any item sold at the auction. Everything is sold "as is" " where is". Buyer is responsible from the time the auctioneer calls the item sold. We act as Commission agents only. Examine merchandise carefully before bidding.
We reserve the right to turn away merchandise if it is not what we feel is a marketable item. Thank you and we appreciate your business.

NOTE: There will be a $50.00 extra commission for handling any titles/registration paper, charged to the seller! All vehicles must have a clear title registered in the name of the person consigning it. All trailers must have a registration receipt in the name of the person consigning it. Unless the trailer is a titled trailer, then we will need the title. NO EXCEPTIONS!
