LIVE/ONSITE BIDDING​

• Live/onsite bidding! All bills must be paid in full the day of the sale. We charge a 5% Buyers Premium on all purchases, but if you pay by cash or check the 5% buyers premium is waived. We accept cash, check, and credit card (except American Express). Anton Auction Service does not issue refunds. Your merchandise is bought "as is" "where is." 

• You will be required to show a Driver's License upon getting a bidders card. 

• No guarantees on any items sold at the auction. Everything is sold "as is" "where is." Buyer is responsible from the time the auctioneer calls the item sold. We act as commission agents only. Examine merchandise carefully before bidding.

ONLINE BIDDING

• ONLINE bidding with PROXIBID- 12% buyer's premium on all bids. Press here to register to bid.

LOAD OUT TERMS

• LOADERS are available for loading buyers the day of the sale, Sunday following the auction (8am-noon), the week after the auction Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8am-5pm by appointment only), and Friday (8am-noon by appointment only) free of charge. CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY! And  Anton Auction is free of any liability if equipment is damaged during loading.

• No equipment is to be moved until proper settlements have been made. You will not be loaded without a paid invoice. 

• If all items have not been picked up by the Friday following the sale, the items become property of Anton Auction and will be sold at the next auction with no reserve.
